When we will refund you

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
Payment was deducted from your account but the order was not confirmed and you never received the download link.
The PDF file you received is genuinely corrupted or unreadable, and we're unable to resend a working copy.

When we won't refund you

You changed your mind after downloading the eBook.
You didn't get the results you expected — every child and family is different, and the book says so upfront.
You purchased by mistake without reading the product description on the sales page.

How to request a refund

Email contactus@shopnity.in within 48 hours of payment with your order/payment reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
